Another Week!

Another week of getting better and then getting sick again! I am done with this! Rocky, and Duke cant breath so we have a humindifier in our room so Rocky slept on the ground. I woke up to find Lanta laying with Rocky. Dang Dog!

Duke and Oliver both are sick. See Dukes nose! Just keeps running and is sooo stuffy. Hopefully it goes bye bye soon. now I have it. I am feeling a lot better though.

Butch's last day of soccer will be tomorrow so yesterday I remembered to take my camara to get some pictures. He got to be goaly and did pretty dang good! No one scored a goal! GO BUTCH! Butch messing around with the goaly jersey!

Today I took a few pictures of Duke and Rocky waiting for the bus! They turned out so cute! Notice the dog in the door behind Duke? She can't miss out on anything!

My boys are sooo much fun! We all are still trying to get used to saying this new baby is a girl. We accidently call her a he but we will get it by the time she gets here. Butch and Rocky have parent teacher confrence tommorrow. Curious to see how they are doing! I hope good!

Baby #4!

I think most of you know but I wanted to put these up and say a little about this. We moved to Illinois is May and found out in June I was expecting!and due Feb. 1st! We could not believe it. Definatley not planned since Duke is only 8 months right now , so that would make them like ONE year and TWO WEEKS apart. Yes you read that right ONE year and TWO WEEKS apart! I know Heavenly father sent this baby here now for a reason and I am so excited but yet so scared. Today was the ultrasound to see if this baby was a boy or a girl. This pregnancy has been SOOOOO easy!!! It has been just like Butch and Rocky's pregnancy. Craving Mexican food just like with my other boys. James couldn't come to the ultrasound so I had the tech put it in an envelope and as soon as we were done I headed to JAmes's work. He came outside really fast so we could open it. This was my 1st time getting 4d pictures so I was super excited and just can't believe how cute this baby is! Look at it's nose and lips!!! LOVE IT!!!

OMG!!! I am so excited!!! I couldn't stop crying and smiling. I have had a smile on my face all day! Tomorrow is payday and I am going shopping!!! I just can't wait!!!

Nothing new over here.... All of us have been SICK~!!!!.... From Fevers, to pink eye, to ear infections... we keep getting sick! Now it is starting over again! I don't know if I can keep on doing this.

Lanta ... this is what she does all day or hides from Duke and sleeps...

Duke is gettin so BIG!! He will be 8 months in a couple of days.. He is army crawling pulling himself up on things, drinks juice from a sippy cup (he loves juice...would rather drink that then formula), he would rather eat food he can put into his mouth then me feed him with a spoon, and he waves BYE BYE!! He is just growing up!

Today we went to a parade... the boys loved it and got a sack full of candy!

The weather is really nice right now... its in the high 60s low 70s ... Arizona's winter.... we are loving it...

Rocky's 1st Day Of School!

My little 3 year old Rocky James started school yesterday! I was a little worried about him going. He gets to ride the bus and he goes from 11:30 - 3:11. So a long time with out me. He is still kind of a mommy's boy so I thought it would be hard for him. Boy was I wrong!!! He ran on that bus. As for me and Duke at home all by ourselves... He slept the whole time while mom did laundry watched tv, drank a coke,and ate a candy bar all by myself!!! I didn't even have to share with anyone!!! I sure miss my boys when they are gone!! I can't wait for them to get home!

Well to start of my little Rocky James turned 3 on Sunday!! He is just a little spit fire!! But he is so dang cute he is hard to stay mad at! He started school today... I thought it would be hard for him. But when the bus came to pick him up he ran up there and got on. Didn't even care. He is growing up and we love him more and more everyday!! We are so glad he is a part of our family.

Aunt Rebecca made him a Spongebob cake and this is the night before making the cake.

My mom and dad sent him this train and some church shoes! He loved it! All the boys loved it actually!

When we would put Duke down he would go straight for it... so we would say "Watch out Godzilla is coming!" He would destroy the tracks and they all would get so mad.

He wanted pizza for his birthday so we made him so homemade pizza. He helped me and becca make it. It was so good!

We got this at Sams Club for the PARTAY! Cutest thing ever. Duke and Oliver like the tin. They love playing with this thing!

Butch's 1st day of Kindergarten!!!

Butch started Kindergarten last week. For as long as I could remember I was so ready for him to go to school ALL DAY 5 days a week. But when it got down to it ... mom was not ready!! My little boy is growing up! It's a good thing but a bad thing. But I sure do miss him all day!

We went to the busstop at 3:40 to pick up Butch and the bus never came. It finally came 1 hour later with Butch not on it. Freaked me out! But he was at the school because the bus was over occupancy. Just wished they would have called me! Later on the princapal called and appologized. So now there are more buses and Butch has came home on them since. He had a good 1st day and was excited to go back. He is already learning so much and it has only been like 4 days!

Last week Butch started Soccer! He was so excited to play! He isn't be best player on the team, but it is sure fun to watch! Kicking the ball the wrong way, or it goes out of bounds and they just keep on kicking it more out of bounds! It is so funny! Butch is learning alot and loving every minute of it. He got to pick his # and he picked # 4. I asked him why? he said "because it is the coolest number ever!" Love this kid!! He is growing up to fast!

The league we put him in does practice for 30 min then a game for 30 min. So every Tuesday and Thursday he has a game.

We have a busy schedule around here. With school, soccer, and James's football, it seems like we are going going all the time! But thats ok. We love it.

Verenski Reunion in Chicago

At the end of July we went to Chicago for a Verenski Family reunion. It was so much fun and so nice to see all of the Verenski side of the family. James's brother Andy came too so everyone was there. We hung out at Uncle Ed's house a lot. The Boys love him and love his house. Rocky and Uncle Ed Built a lego tower.

Wanted to do a quick post about my kiddos this summer... School starts on Wends. in two days and life as we know it is going to change!!! Butch in Kindergarten..bittersweet..at first I was all excited now I am really scared. James thinks I am a big baby but everything scares me. Rocky is also going to be in preschool. He gets to ride the bus to. He doesn't get to start until Monday. But he is so excited! Butch also starts soccer today! so another post in coming on that too. The Duke is just growing up.I am going to tell a little about each boy....

THE DUKE will be 7 months on the 20th!!! Growing so fast!!! He is now army crawling and loving getting into the dog water and dog food!! (just got my other two to stop getting into it ) He loves to eat! and LOVES watching his brothers!!! He wishes he could do what they are doing! He is such a great baby!!! I lucked out with him! He is a BIG MOMMA'S BOY and I love it!!! He says momma but no dada yet. LOVE my Duke Cutler!!!

Rocky is turning 3 on Sunday!!! He is such a big boy can't believe it!!! He loves his big brother Butch wants to do EVERYTHING he does. His new thing right now is Special Agent Oso from the disney channel. We got some toys on clearence for really cheap and he will watch the everyday with his toys! So funny. He also LOVES Handy MAnny.He can't say it so he calls it TEAMWORK. He loves Pizza and still loves Spongebob. He also LOVES baby's!!! He has to do everything I do with Duke. Nurse it, feed a bottle, feed it babyfood, rock her to sleep. He is going to be a good daddy!! We are so blessed to have this boy in our home!

Now on to Butch... I can't believe he is 5 years old!!! Such a big boy! He got a bike for his birthday so he is constantley outside on his bike. We go on walks alot so he can ride his bike. He loves transformers, cars, and the CHicago Bears! We met his k- teacher yesterday and he said school is going to be awesome! He can't wait. He is such a good helper. He is also starting soccer today like I said before so he is going to be one busy boy!!! I LOVE MY MICHEAL BUTCH!!!

On July 18th James turned 30 years old!!! Time flies!! I can't believe my husband is 30. Wierd to think that I will soon be following. He had a fun day filled with Chicago Bears stuff. On July 11th Butch turned 5 years old!! Man has time flown by! He is getting so big and becoming such a great boy! (well sometimes) He is a good helper with his brothers and loves to play with both of them! His favorite color is RED ... He loves Transformers! He could play that all day everyday! He loves going outside and just running around. He is all boy but has a cuddly side to him too.(which mommy loves!) We love our Butchy and can't believe he gets to go to Kindergarten this year! He can't wait to ride the bus with his cousins! So here is what we did for his birthday. When he went to bed the night before James and I decorated the family room.

My three boys!! Love them!! They are growing up so fast!!! It makes me sad to think Butch is gonna be in Kindergarten!!! It seems like yesterday when he was born. His birthday is monday July 11th so that post is coming up! But I just can't get enough of these three. LOVE THEM!

A couple of weekends ago Chatham had a homecoming carnival. I guess it was when all the soldiers would come home they would have a big party so they just kept the tradition going. Here is me, Rocky, and baby Duke eating our dinner. Rocky has a hotdog in his mouth. Latley that is all my boys want to eat!

The 1st game we went to I didnt take any pictures but Butch won a nemo stuffed animal. You had to throw a dart at the balloon and pop it and he did it! This was the 2nd game. Try to get the ball in a bowl of fish, then you get to take the fish home. Good thing my boys didn't win, because I didn't want a fish! But they still had fun!

My Boys are growing up so fast! It is kind of scary to think that Butch is gonna be in Kindergarton. He is my little boy!! Not to more. He helps out alot with his two brothers. He thinks he should hold Duke all the time... I am trying to teach him to let him cry... it is good for him but he hasnt quite got that yet.

My Baby Duke! I am so blessed to have this little man. He is such a sweet spirit to our home. He still loves his Bumbo..and LOVES his big brothers. He will sit and watch them all day and just laugh and talk to them. He loves them so much ..... He is my 1st one to LOVE tummy time! He will sit on his stomach all day if I would let him. It kindof get dangerous at our house with 2 crazy big brothers to leave him on the ground for to long. But he just LOVES it.

Butch loves taking care of him. If he hears him cry he will pick him up and bring him to me. Yea i don't like that but I know he just loves his little brother.

Free Bowling

Rebecca (my sister- in- law that we live with) works for wells fargo and they had a Family Bowling night and she invited us to go with. We go three games for free. My kids have never gone and I havn't been in a long time. It was so much fun. It was a little to long for the Rockstar but it was still fun. Haircuts, Baby Duke and the Drive ins!

The boys had the longest hair EVER and were in need of haircuts BAD!! So luckly uncle Frank and Aunt Becca had clippers we used and cut there hair. I did Butch's and James did Rocky's. They Actually turned out pretty good.

Here is what Baby Duke did the whole time! Sat in his stroller! Love this kid!

He is getting so big! He loves the soft blankets and burp rags. So whenever he is ready to go to bed. He needs his pacifier and blanket (we call it his Softey!) He is so dang cute!

On Friday night we went to the drive in movies with the boys! We saw the new pirates movie. Butch did pretty good but Rocky not so much. It is only $7 per adult and the kids are free and you get 2 movies. The movies don't start until 9 so it was kind of late but it was fun. The boys are in the car ready to go!

The 1st couple weeks in Chatham Illinois!!!

We made it to Illinois a couple of weeks ago. We are loving it here. And are so excited for this new adventure! It has been Hot and cold here. But we are loving it. The 1st couple of pictures are of us driving here. It took us 26 hours. We had to stay the night once because we couldnt stay up anymore. James drove most of the way!

Uncle Frank got the boys these Green Lantern or Hornet masks and rings. The boys sure love it.

Little Duke Cutler is on rice cereal and is loving it!! He is so dang cute!

James is working for a really nice man named Mike. He was Franks big brother growing up. (you know the big brother big sister program) He has this swingset that is awesome and he said we could bring the boys over so I took a ton of pictures. Enjoy the collage!

I am way behind AGAIN!! I promised myself I wouldn't do that again but I did so I am going to play a little catch up. Baby Duke Cutler is growing SOOOO fast!! It is driving me crazy!! I keep telling him to stop growing but he doesnt listen!! He is not rolling over yet! THANK GOODNESS!! I don't want him to! He loves his brothers and LOVES his mommy!! His favorite though is the Bumbo!! I don't know how I didnt use this with my other boys! He loves it!

California Part 2 USS Midway and The Beach!

It has taken me forever to update on the 2nd part of our trip. To much stuff is going on over here. I will update on that later. But the next day we went to the USS Midway navy ship!! It was so awesome but my kiddos were to young for this. Next time we go we wont take our kids to see it just adults!

Our Family Vacation to California! Day 1 SEAWORLD

Over Spring Break we had the privilege of going to California with the LEPAK'S!!! It was so much fun! On Thursday around noon we headed out. Drove 6 hours (which the kids did really well) and got there and went to bed. The kids I think were more excited about the Hotel rooms then Sea world. Unfortunately I didn't get any pictures of the rooms but they were right by each other with an adjourning door. The kids loved it. The next day Friday we got up and went to Sea world!

Here is the two older boys in the stroller. We had these maps and Jersie and Butch would have to look at them and tell us where we were going to go next. We went to the dolphin show which was awesome! But Rock star is still a little to young and didn't quite sit still for the whole thing.

Fireworks and Movie Night

Last night we had Uncle Forrest and Aunt Arianna over for Movie Night. First the boys wanted to do some fireworks so we did that. Butch and Rocky LOVED it.

We hung out before the movie started.... Here is Uncle FO FO with Butch and Rocky! They absolutley love him! He is going to be the best dad when he grows up!lol

My dad was going to throw away this popcorn maker and James snagged it from him. We have popcorn like everynight and James has it down to a T. The popcorn tastes like movie theatre popcorn. It is GOOD!

Stuck in the house all day!

We have been doing NOTHING latley. Since Baby Duke had RSV the Dr. said not to go to public places for 3-4 weeks we are almost there! But ..... my kids are getting sick again! I don't know when this is gonna end! Duke is congested and coughing. I am trying everything to get him better so he doesnt get RSV and we don't have to go to the hospital again. So.... I will probley be at home for another 3-4 weeks to keep him safe!

I took some pictures of the boys. Duke is getting SOOOO BIG! It breaks my heart! He is now 6 weeks old and smiling at everything! We love him so much!

We have had a crazy week!!! Our little boy Duke Cutler was in the hospital with RSV! I would have to say it was the horrible. I will tell the story of how it went.....

On Wednesday out little man had a cough.... Both of the older boys had it too so on Thursday I decide to call the Dr and get the baby in.... Sure enough everything was ok ... his oxegyn levels were good and he just had a cough. The Dr said it sound like it could be RSV and to get a appointment for tommorrow so the rest of the day and on Friday it was getting worse. He was having a hard time breathing and was still coughing. We went to the Dr on Friday afternoon and his oxgyen levels were at 95 which was still ok. I also got Rocky in and he had a EAR INFECTION, SIGNS OF BROCHITIS, AND A SINUS INFECTION. Poor guy so he go medicine. The Dr said if he gets worse to take him to the ER or Urgent Care.

Well Saturday he was getting a little worse. When he would eat he would cough through it and would hardly eat and want to be held all the time.

Sunday, he was getting worse. When he would breath his chest would go in a little so ... we went to my moms and she watched the older boys and James and I took him to the Urgent Care. They got us right in since he was so young and checked his oxygen levels and they were in the upper 80's and lower 90's so they did a deep suction of his nose and got all the junk out, tested him for RSV and did a x- Ray on his chest. They confirmed he had RSV and sent us Via Ambulance to the hospital. This 1st picture is the little man at the Urgent care with his oxgyen.

Then with everything on him! Poor little guy!

On Monday he was getting worse. He wouldn't eat... and he got a fever! The Dr. came in 5 min after James left and said something was wrong with his blood. He had an infection or something so they gave him antibiotics and took some more blood to see for sure what was going on.The next day they said the 1st set of blood was contaminated so his blood was just fine! What a blessing! Here is a picture of me and the baby on monday. I was so tired and looked awful, and baby Cutler looks cute even when he isn't feelin good.

By the next day he was doing better... He would eat now and was awake a little more not just sleeping 24-7. Everyday he kept getting better. By the 3rd day he was good except for he still needed a little bit of oxygen to be in the 90's.

By the cafeteria they had a train village and the boys thought it was pretty cool so I had to snap a few pictures.

We got to come on Yesterday Thursday the 17th and Duke is doing AWESOME! I still have to clean out his nose before every feeding but he is doing great! I am so glad that he is all better.

Well I am going to start at the beginning. Just a warning this is going to be a long post. I went to the Dr. on my due date which was Wendsday Jan. 19th and I was dialated to a 3. I was bummed! He looked at the induction spots the hospital had opened and they were all booked up until Saturday morning at 3. So we went ahead and took that. He said he would strip my membranes and we could see what happens most likley I would go to the hospital that night. So I said sure lets do it. He had stripped my membranes the week before and I got some good contractions but then they went away. and by the way when he strips your membranes it HURTS!!! But anyway we went away thinking we werent gonna have this little guy until Saturday. We went to my moms to get the boys and she was going to go walking with the neighbor Ammie Manis so they invited me along to see if it does anything. We walked about 2-3 miles... my stomach would get hard but no contrations. But as soon as I got home they started. It was about 7 PM and we were timing the contractions at 4 min apart. With Butch and Rocky I was induced so when I started getting contractions I got the epidural so this was way different for me. I didn't know when to go to the hospital or anything. But anyway they were 4 min apart for about an hour then they went to 7 min apart then 10 then they went to 3 then 5 but by this time it was midnight and James and I decided to head to the hospital. We dropped the boys off at my moms and went I was still getting contractions. We get there and she checks me and says i am about a 3 1/2. I was so mad! I thought for sure they were gonna send me home. But she said they were gonna keep me there for 40 min and see if I progress any and if I do they will keep me. She checked me 40 min later and I was at a 4 . So they kept me. They took me to labor and delivery and got me all set up. My water had not broken and whenever they would check me this little boy would move his head he would also move around so they would have to constantley come in and move the heart moniter thingy on my belly. I got the epideral at like 3 AM . The nurse came in and checked me at about 5 AM and I was at a 7 . Dr. Beck came and broke my water at about 8:30 AM. Now I was starting to feel some contractions and Duke's heart rate would drop every contraction I had. So they had to put a thing on his head to moniter his heart rate and the nurse said the umbilical cord was wrapped around his neck. I started crying! I have had a hard pregnancy and now something was gonna be wrong with my baby. The nurse checked me and said you are at a 10 so they called Dr. Beck and I had the little guy at 8:57 AM. He did have the cord around his neck but he is ok.

He wieghed in at 6 pnds 3 ounces and 19 1/2 inches long. Just a little guy! He is my smallest baby yet!

1st off I wanted to just say GO BEARS!! They are doing so good right now! They won there game on Sunday so now they play the Packers and we are excited! Last night James was going through our I-Tunes list on the computer so he put on Johnny Cash....and we had a dance party! We got cowboy hats on and Guitars (brooms and swifters count as guitars) and danced the night away! I don't know who had more fun.... James or the boys?

Yesterday since it was so nice out we decided to take the kids to the park! They love going to the park! The best part is it is free......... We went with Grandma, Meagan, Lindsey, Hunter, Hyrum, Calli, and baby Richard. Rocky and I got on this thing ( I can't remember what it is called)

As most of you know we LOVE the CHICAGO BEARS! James is a DIE HARD fan and he is gotten me to be one too. Yesterday we went to home depot because I am attempting to finish a dresser for the new baby boy! (he has no name yet we are still argueing about that)

anyway we were looking at the paint and we saw CHICAGO BEARS colors!!! James got so excited! So did Butch so we decided to paint there room Chicago Bears style! I had James take some before pictures but they didn't turn out right..... This picture is Butch painting a wall Orange!! Don't you love how bright it is?

We are gonna have my mom do some lettering but we are still debating on were to put it and what it is going to say!

Game Night - Snow - and New Years Eve-

For Christmas the boys got a Buzz Light Year Operation Game and they have been dying to play it so for Family Night we played Operation. The boys had so much fun! I told everyone to look at Mommy and say cheese..... this I guys is there CHEEZY smile?!

Rocky would get all into getting the body pieces! He would consentrate so hard!

Butch would get so mad when it would ding that he touched the side. It was so funny!

Then it actually SNOWED IN MESA ARIZONA!! Yes he heard me right. It was so cool and the boys absolutley loved it. To bad in didnt stay on the ground though. We are going to try to go up to the snow this next month so Butch and Rocky can play in it. See the snow in Butch and ROcky's dumper!

New Years eve we let the boys do sparklers in our front yard. Butch loved them... Rocky would hold it for 2 seconds then say HOT and throw it on the ground. But he still had fun.

I know I say this all the time but I just love my boys and love the time I get to spend with them! I am so happy that I get to stay at home and be with them. Even though at times I want to pull my hair out.... it is so worth it.

Christmas Eve and Christmas Day!

I finally got my internet back on so now I can update. Christmas came and went and we had so much fun! Butch is at the perfect age! He was so excited which made his little bro excited too. I love my boys and wouldn't have it any other way! I can't wait to have another boy! But any way back to Christmas...... This 1st picture is the day before Christmas Eve. They are goof balls!

Christmas Eve with the Rogers was GREAT!!! Mexican food was awesome! Here is our family picture! Turned out ok. My boys are CRAZY! You can ask anyone at this party. I am sure they are all thinking... and she is having another one??? STUPIED!

This is the Leavitt Family! This one actually turned out pretty good. Everyone is actually looking! We just keep getting bigger and bigger. Don't mind my husband. He HAD to wear shorts?!?!?! Oh Well.... you gotta love him.

This was the best part of the night..... Rocky didn't cry when he got on Santa's lap!! I was so happy! He kept going back up there and saying HI! He is so funny. Another quick story.... you see that sword on his present??..... well Butch and Rocky got into them during the talent part and were fighting with them... then come to find out it was for Rocky.... I guess they knew all along.

It's Christmas Time!

I know I am suppossed to update about ALL the crap that I haven't from this summer- Halloween- and Thanksgiving but I just can't. I decided i am going to start off here. With this weekend. We had a Leavitt Christmas Party and Santa came. Butch was so excited. He wanted to know where the reindeer were. So we had to make up something so he wouldn't freak out. Here is a picture of all of us with Santa!

After the party we went to the Temple Lights. Buck and Meagan came too and my mom and dad. It was fun and the boys loved the lights. Butch and Lindsey are BEST COUSINS FOREVER!! (BCF)

This last Sunday was Christmas Sunday so I bought the boys there Church outfits. Boy did my boys look handsome! I love these two. Even though they weren't so good at church and we had to leave early because of some accidents they still looked cute!

1st Day of School

Well ........ again it has been a very long time since I last posted!! Crazy things going on around here so I am going to start where I left off and do one post every couple of days. This is from Butch's 1st day of school. He was so excited and so was Rocky! Rocky thought he was going to so he had to put a back pack on too. We walked to school since it was right down the street and the boys thought that was the coolest thing ever. I can't believe that Butch is going to be in Kindergarton next year! It makes me so happy but so sad at the same time! He is learning so much and loves his teacher. It took him a good 2-3 weeks to adjust to being in a classroom with 20 kids but he is doing great now! We are sure proud of our big boy and love him so much.

James and I have been Married for 6 years today!!! It has been an amazing 6 years!! 4 houses and 2 states. He is a wonderful man and I can't imagine my life without him in it!! He is a wonderful dad and husband and I can't wait to spend the rest of my life and eternity with him!!! Love you James!!!!!!

Our Chicago Trip: Warning Long Post!

At the End of June we went to Chicago to visit some family. It was so much fun. We flew on a airplane with both kids and to be honest with you I was very nervous. But the boys did great!!! Butch loved the airplane and can't wait to go again. Our 1st trip was to Lincoln memorial. This is actually in I believe Springfield Ill. It is pretty close to where James's brother Frank lives. This 1st picture Butch is picking his nose.

This was Abe's real desk and mirror. I thought this was pretty cool.

After we finished with Abe's stuff we went and visited James's dads grave. I have never been and wanted to see it. It was pretty neat and am really glad we went. James had a sister Danika that passed and her grave was there also and they have one for his mom Emily too.

After that we went back to Franks house and the kids played outside while James mowed there lawn. They have a John Deere Dumper thing and my boys loved it. Santa might get them one this year.

The next day we surprised uncle Ed at his birthday party and unfortantley I didn't take any pictures but one of the days we went to the Polish fest and had fun. We got the Book of Morman in Polish for my dad. They had a lot of cool things showing what polish do. We ate polish food and the kids played at the park. It was a fun day!

Butch wanted to try the Wall Climbing they let him and he went all the way to the top. And he was so light that he couldn't come down so they had to get him. When he was up at the top he said he could see everything. He had so much fun.

On another day we went to Shedd Aquiram. It was fun!!!

Last but not least we went to Soldier Field.(thats where the Chicago Bears play) One of these days James is going to go and watch them play. We love Da Bears!!!

We love family Vacations and wish we could do it all the time. We loved spending time with the Verenski's and can't wait to go back.

My Version of THE FIRE! Long story!

I thought that I would tell ya' all my version of the fire we experienced on 07/11/10.{Butch's 4th Birthday}

Well I will start at the beginning. It was a Sunday so we decided to just have a small Family party and not have a friend party this year. So on Saturday we took Butch out to breakfast, to see toy story 3 and to the Diamond Backs game. We had a blast. We asked Butch what he wanted to eat for dinner for his birthday (whenever it is your birthday you get to pick what we have for dinner) so of course he picks Chicken Nuggets and French fries. So on Sunday 07/11/10 we went to church got home from church and started cleaning the house and getting the food ready. Well I was doing the cupcakes and James was in charge of the deep fryer. He had wanted to do it inside with our other deep fryer but i convinced him to do it outside so our house wouldn't smell for 5 days after. So James was coming in and out getting the oil hot and when he came in I asked him if he wanted to help me decorate the cupcakes. He said sure. So we sat down at the kitchen table frosting them cupcakes and 2 minutes go by and James turns to me and says "oh my gosh it is on fire!!! Call 911!!!!!" So I grab my phone and go and look for the kids. They were in the play room playing and I couldn't find them! So I yelled "Butch the house is on Fire!" the boys came right out of the closet we ran out front and called 911. I wasn't sure what was on fire. Didn't know if it was the house or the shed. Well this whole time all of the neighbors are coming out making sure we are ok and every car that drives by stops and makes sure we are alright which was very nice. Well about 5 min go by and I yelled for James to make sure all was ok he said he was fine and so I thought I better call my mom to get the boys. I called my mom and instatley start crying. I tell my mom what happened and all of a sudden I hear a noise like a jett going off. In my head I am thinking the shed is falling on James and he is dying. I tell my mom I have to go and I go to the fence and yell for james he says he's ok. Meanwhile the neighbor comes over and takes us over to her house, to get us out of the heat. The jett like noise goes off three times and come to find out it is the propane. It scared the crap out of me. The fire fighters finally show up and take care of the fire. Buck, my dad and my mom came too. James says it got so hot he was spraying himself with the hose and he was dry like a minute later. He also said he was spraying the house because it got so hot. I think if he wouldn't have done that we would have lost it. Here are some pictures of the shed and firemen at work.

We had a TON of crap in there. I had just cleaned out everyone's closets and stuffed it all in there. We have lost alot of memories in there.

It got so hot it craked our windows in the back! The 2 cottonwood trees James planted when we moved in got burned. We are hoping they don't die because they are huge.

We had to move the party to my mom's because of the whole thing. We forgot the candles so all we had was the #2. He didn't know though. Butch thought this was the coolest birthday ever because firemen came to his house!

We are all just thankful that our house didn't burn down and no one got hurt.

About a month ago we had The May's come over for dinner. We bbq'd outside and the kids had a fun time! There little boy is named Easton and Butch has a BFF named Easton so we have to call him Baby Easton or else Butch gets confused.

Summer Fun {So Far}

You might think I am crazy but I love the summer!!!! I love to take my kids swimming, getting tan, eating watermelon and hanging with my family!!! So far we have had a blast this summer!! We went to Sunsplash and the kids had a ball!!! Butch, Lindsey, and Hunter LOVED IT!!! Rocky on the other hand not so much. Now though he loves to swim. Thank goodness for ISR because my kids are fish!!!

It has been a LONG TIME since I last updated this blog!! Everytime I would go to do it wouldn't let me upload my pictures. So I just wanted to let ya'll know what is going on at the Verenski household.

Rocky's new thing is 101 Dalmations!! He watches the movie nonstop everyday and loves the doggy stuff he has.

This is a picture of Butch with his Best Friend Easton! Everyday he asks to play with him. Sometimes they don't get to play everyday but he still asks me everyday! The picture after that is of all the kids and Emily's wrapped up thumb!

One night we were bored we went to the Superstiion Springs Mall and they had a carnival there, so we decided to stop. Butch had so much fun. We definatley will do it again.

Our Friend Brady is a Garbage Man and he stopped by one day and let the kids sit in his truck. Rocky didn't like it at all but Butch loved it.

Forrest got married in February and my boys looked so dang cute!!! I love my little cowboys!

I also Babysit Jersie and Sydnee Lepak.(my cousin Tracy's girls) I absolutley love doing it. They are the

cutest little girls and they keep my boys busy so I love it!

We also got a new popcorn maker and my boys love it! We have popcorn like everynight and they have to sit there and watch it. I love my family.

In April James's family came in town for Nascar. It was so much fun! Here is Seth and Rocky.

Butch is in love with tools!!! For his Birthday his cousin Lindsey and Family got him a tool set that has Bags {the things construction workers use to hold all there tools} well he can't find them so he uses his underwear!!! It was so dang funny!! We were watching CSI and his underwear kept falling down lower and lower it was so funny!!! Butch putting his tools on to go fix his room!

So.... if you ever need a handy man give Butch a call!!!

Our neighbor gave us this cute rocking chair and my boys love it. I snapped a few pictures the other day of the boys in the rocking chair then I remebered I had some when Butch was about Rocky's age. Halloween!!!

I have been the biggest slacker with blogging!!! I told myself that I would get on top of it and I haven't! But I decided I was going to start with Halloween .This year was alot of fun! Butch understood what to do and loved it! Rocky was a crying chicken. He wanted to be held the whole time but other then that it was great!!!

Well the 1st week of Augest James's brother Frank and his family came down to visit. Boy did Butch have fun with his cousins! We had a great week and wished it would have been longer and that we lived closer to them. One day we went swimming at my moms. She has water guns and Butch, Drew and Landon had a blast! Here is a picture of Aunt Becca with Rocky! Rocky really liked her.

The last couple of months

The last couple of months have been crazy!!! With my mother in law moving in with us, my brother Forrest coming home from his mission, Calli and Richard getting married, and my little man turning 1!!! I have tons of pictures but everytime I tried to upload them on here it wouldn't work so I have random pictures of the boys for this post. I met up with my Best Friends from High School for lunch at the mall and let the kids go on the Carrasol. It was Rocky's first time and he loved it!! Butch loved it too.

This is Rocky's favorite thing to do..... Sit watch his brother and play with someones cell phone.

Butch is such a HAM!!! He had to wear these overalls that are too small and he didn't want to wear a shirt. He fought me forever so I just let him wear it. I think we just went to my mom's so it didn't really matter.

Then the two boys on the rocking horse. They are sure brothers. They fight all the time but they still love each other so much. I love these two boys!!! Keep checking back I am going to be posting more I have a ton of pictures!

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY TO JAMES!!!
We have made it 5 years 08-06-2004!!!!! It has gone by so fast and has been so much fun !!! I don't know where I would be without this man!!!! Now we have a family of 4 and wouldn't change it for the world!!! Words can't discribe how I feel for him!!! I am so happy I get to be with him for eternity!!!!
I tried to find pictures of us together and unfortnatley there isn't that many of just us. Most of it is with the kiddos which is great but I wanted this post to just be about us. So the 1st picture is a very special day.......when we were sealed for time and all eternity in the Mesa Arizona temple!!! I was preggo with Butch at the time so he is in this picture sorry!!! This is at our wedding. I love kissing this man!!!

As most of you know Butch is quite a fish latley and loves to wear his goggles!! We have bought him a couple pairs and he looks so dang cute in them. He wanted to take a picture with his little brother so we put goggles on Rocky too. This picture is of Butch being a big Brother. My parents have this big Raft that looks like a king size bed. Butch and lindsey loved it.

Lazy Summer Days!!!

Well just a little update........ The boys are doing great!!! We have been swimming alot at grandma's and Butch is a pro swimmer!!! He absolutly loves the water. He is turning three on the 11th. Yea thats what I said three years old. I can't believe he is going to be three. Gosh time has gone by so fast. Rocky is pulling himself up to things and walking around the couch and he loves pushing around Butch's tractors. He still loves his mommy the most but when I am not around he loves his daddy. I started working again to pay some bills.....Just 4 days a week from 5-8 not to bad. James is working his but off. and will be getting really busy once football season starts.
now to the pictures. A couple sundays ago we couldnt find Butch he was in the washer. Hiding from us. What a goof ball.

A couple of weeks ago we decided to take all the kids to go see the Movie UP!!! It went farely well. Rocky slept the whole time and Butch watched it pretty good. We asked Heather to come with us too. Happy Fathers Day to all the Dad's out there!!! I would just like to say that I have the best DAD and HUSBAND in the world. and the reason why we celebrate is because of fathers like them!!! Unfortunatley I didn't get to meet my father in law-but from what I hear he was a great man and I am pround to say he is my father in law! This is one of the family pictures we have before he past. James is the youngest one. And now my Husband........he is the best DAD to my kids. He loves to do things as a family (which I love) and he would do anything in the world for my kids. He will take Butch to work with him and Butch absolutley loves him. When daddy gets home the boys and the dog run to the door in excitment. I have the best husband who is the best daddy ever!

Now to my dad....... I don't even know where to begin with this man. He is just awesome!!! He would do anything and everything to help anyone out (you probley know this is true because he has helped you out) He loves my kids and is a wonderful grandpa. We are always doing something as a family and we love our Sunday dinners. When my dads friend passed away they had all there kids go up and tell memories about there dad..... well at the time I couldn't really think about anything I would say about my dad but I was thinking and I thought of one that I will not forget. When I was a little girl I would sit on my dads lap and Sing Daddy's Girl by Red Sovine. (now I don't think I am his girl Heather is but I was at one time) but HE is a wonderful father and I love him so much.

In May we went to Sunsplash, Thanks to my Aunt Laurelann. She always gets us into things!!! She is a great Aunt. But Butch and Lindsey had so much fun in the baby pool. They didn't want to go. We are over at my mom's almost everyday swimming!!!! Butch and Rocky are my little fish and absolutley love it! Here is a picture of my boys swimming at Grandma's. Butch's new favorite thing is to hold on to you and you swim from one end of the pool to the other. So he was having a fun time with daddy!

Now Here are pictures of my little man Rocky. We took the ISR swimming lessons again this year and Rocky did so well. He did it for 4 weeks and can now float on his back and turn over in the water back on to his back. One of these days I will post the video of him. It just takes my computer to long sometimes. Mrs. Becki did an awesome job and she is the best instructer out there. I have more pictures I will post later of swimming with mrs. Becki.

Down Town

A couple of weeks ago we went with some friends down town to the pink chair, then we went and got petes and went to the Temple and had a picnic. It sure was fun. Thanks Emily for inviting us!!! In April James's family came in town to go to Nascar. They stayed at our house and we borrowed my parents toy hauler for everyone to sleep in. It was so much fun. Butch loves his cousin Seth and his cousin Mikey. In the 1st picture we were trying to get Butch asleep, he went from James to me and was just fighting it, then he went to Mikey and went fast asleep. Of course we got out the water slide. It was so much fun. The only thing was the Bees. They came out and stung Butch twice but other then that it was so much fun.

My 1st batch of pictures are Easter pictures!!! We had a pretty good easter this year. James's mom Emily was in town so we got to have easter with her. I got a new camara since my old one broke and Butch got a Lightning Mcqueen beach towel, Rocky got some toys..... those pictures are on Emily's camara so I will have to get them from her. But we took some pictures at my moms before dinner. Butch had to wear a hat and dig for awhile. He just loves being outside at my parents house. He is all boy!! I love this picture of James, Emily, Rocky and Butch. SO cute!!!

I wanted to get a shout out to my mom for mothers day!!! I know that it is a day late and all but it's the thought that counts right? I have the best mom in the whole world. She is not only the best mom she is my Best Friend and a wonderful Grandma!!! I know I wasn't the best teenager out there and she had to put up with a lot but I love her so much for all she has done!!! She is the best mom ever!!! I love you mom and I hope you had a wonderful Mothers day!!!
Now for my other mom!!!! I am lucky enough to have two wonderful mothers!! My mother in Law Emily is awesome!!! She would do anything and everything for me or my kids ...oh and her youngest little baby James!!!!! We love her with all of our hearts and can't wait for her to be back down in Arizona with us!!!! She is a wonderful person and it is a privliage to call her my Mother!!!! We hope you had wonderful mothers day too!!! We love you Grandma Emi!!!!

What we have been doing latley!

Well nothing to exciting has been going on around here. Just some random pics of the kiddo's. Butch absolutley loves tractors. We went to the ranch for Family Home Evening a couple of weeks ago and Butch wouldn't come and eat his pizza with us. He had to eat it on Granpa's Tractor. My mom and Rocky. Rocky loves being in my mom's wheelchair. It is his favorite thing. Rocky had his 6 month Check up the other day and he weighs 19.8 pnds. and is 28 1/2 inches tall. He is bigger then Butch was wieght wise but length they are the same.

Here is a picture of Butch and Lindsey on Superwhy!!! They love riding horses. Especially Lindsey!!!

AND THE BEST NEWS YET!!!! BUTCH IS POTTY TRAINED!!! I wanted to have him potty trained a long time ago but he just wasn't ready yet. He kept peeing his pants then my cousin Jami told me to try the boxer briefs and it worked!!! I am so happy. The only thing though is he will pee anywhere outside!!! If we are at heathers softball games he will just pull his pants down, if we are at the park he will just pull his pants down, if we are done with church in the church parking lot talking to the Bishop and his family he will pull his pants down...... so I have really got to watch this boy. But he is potty trained!!! Doesnt he look cute in his boxer briefs?????

Sunday Afternoon

Our Church starts at 1:00 this year and it's right in the middle of Rocky's nap time so it works out pretty good for sacrament meeting. He is now wearing 12 month clothes, and doesnt crawl or roll over yet. He does situp by himself though. Here is a picture of the boys playing after church. We took both of there pants off and they both have there white shirt and ties on.

This is my new favorite picture of Butch. He actually let me comb his hair. Doesn't he look cute? He looks so big. Everyday I have been asking him if i can comb his hair and he says " Mom we aren't going to church today so no!" He is so much like his dad.

Hopefully tommorrow she will get her surgery so she can get those rods out of her leg. But as I was watching her today I put Rocky in the wagon and Butch wanted to push him so I took some pictures. Well as most of you know my parents have the ranch and we love going there.Or I should say Butch loves going there. My parents horses are now over there so we go over there to ride. The kids sure love it. Rocky loves being in the holder. My mom holds him while I ride.

My parents have a pile of this granite stuff that Butch loves to play on. He says that he did it with his granpa's bobcat. Every Mountain or pile of dirt Butch and his grandpa did with grandpa's bobcat.

When James got there Butch ran over to show daddy the carrots we brought for the horses.

Mown Lawns

Most of you already know this but James has started his own Landscaping company. It is fairly small right now so he is doing it all by himself with one little helper .......BUTCH!!! Butch will just follow James around and do what he is doing. I just can't get enough of this kid. While he was at one of his clients I went with him and snapped some shots of the kids on there lawn. (they are Butch and Rocky's other grandma and grandpa) they turned out pretty cute.

Everyother Thursday Meagan and I clean my moms house. She goes first and I watch her kids then I go and she watches mine. This past Thursday I snapped some pictures of the kids playing. Hunter loves Lanta. He follows her around I had to close the gate to keep him away from her. Here is all the kids!! I tried to have them all smile but it didn't quite work to well. It's still cute though.

Here are some pictures of what has been going on latley. Butch and Rocky on the rocking horse. Butch loves to take Rocky on a horsey ride. A couple of weeks ago i tried giving Rocky baby food. Not so good. He gagged and threw up. I don't think he is quite ready for it yet. Butch had to stand in and help.

Sometimes Butch will tell me that he wants to wear his Thomas underwear. So I put it on him but he pees in them. I sure wish he was potty trained but when he is ready he will do it .

The other day I was cooking dinner and Rocky was crying wanted me to hold him and two min. later this is what I found. He fell asleep in this thing. so cute!!!

A couple Saturdays ago we went with James to do some lawns and i put a hat on the boys. Don't they look so dang cute?

Some Fun with the Kiddo's

I thought that I would post some pictures of what has been going on latley. Butch is on his swing set and Lanta likes to chace him and play with him. Butch thinks it is so FUNNY. I don't know who has more fun the dog or Butch. Here is a picture of the kids just sitten on Butchs pillow. Rocky is crying like always but oh well.

As most of you know our family is die hard Chicago Bear fans. The last game of the season we went to Native new yorker to watch them play so we all had to wear our Chicago Bears stuff. This of me and the boys before we left.

Christmas Recap

Here at the Verenski household we are still alive and doing great. We survived the holiday season. It was pretty busy this year but we sure did have a fun time. James's mom came out to visit us for 3 weeks and we sure did have a blast with her. We already miss her. Thanks Grandma Emi for everything you did!!!! Well let me tell you how our Christmas went. This year with Butch it was so much fun!!! He was so into opening everything. He got Thomas stuff and Handy Manny stuff. But from Santa he got a Swing Set. He was so excited and he plays on it all the time.

I got the boys Matching pj's to wear for christmas. We had to take a picture of them.

Rocky's Baby Blessing
